Preston R. Johnson graduated from Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduation, Preston was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army. He served from 1999 until his Honorable discharge in 2012. During Preston’s time on Active duty, he fell in love with PT (physical training) and become a Master Fitness Trainer. From 2011 until today, Preston has trained hundreds of people on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Currently, Preston holds the following certifications: ISSA Certified Trainer, NESTA Certified Physique and Figure Training Specialist, NESTA TACTIX Certified Instructor, NPTA Master Fitness Trainer, Expert Rating (Sports Nutrition Certification and Personal Trainer Certification) and ACTION Advanced Nutrition Certification. Fitness has been Preston’s passion for the last 15 years and he has no plans on slowing down. Professionalism, discipline, compassion, ethics, integrity and attention to detail, are the attributes that Preston lives by. Preston’s hope is that each client that he has the pleasure of working with, is inspired to not only get into better shape, but have a complete lifestyle change!

Philip Medina began a career in fitness during the summer of 1991 as assistant to the Director of Fitness for the City of Gulfport. In 1993, Gold’s gym asked him to teach fitness classes. Two years later, he accepted the position of General Manager. After securing his first certification through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in 1996, Philip began training clients as an Certified Personal Trainer. Subsequent certifications with International Fitness Professionals of America, and National Exercise Trainers Association were helpful in maintaining a fitness knowledge base.
With over 20 years of experience, Philip Medina has trained clients with a wide variety of fitness goals, from weight management to special needs (stroke patients, heart patients, accident victims, and clients confined to wheelchairs). Each client receives a personalized fitness program specifically designed for their individual health and fitness needs. No two programs are identical, as each client is unique. This is the very definition of Personal Training.
